If you're partnering with a commercial organisation, make sure that the benefit is mutual. It's almost like a date. Do you have a personality fit? Are you likeminded? Do you have something in common? Can you actually imagine waking up beside them for the next ten years? Think about these things rather than just "We need cash and they've got some."
