Sir David Henshaw

David Henshaw was the CEO of the City of Liverpool, United Kingdom between 1999 and 2005, and in just three years was able to transform the city from the bottom of the British performance indicator league table to near the top. It is an achievement that saw David voted one of the top UK Citizens in the category of innovator and marked him as one of the top local government leaders in the world.

It is also an achievement that was capped by Liverpool winning the title of European Capital of Culture - a great reward for a mobilized community.

In 2014 he was appointed interim Chair of Dorset HealthCare University NHS Foundation Trust.
