As well as having 22 years of experience in the not-for-profit sector, Paul has run a national airline, sold a national bank, and carried out emergency coordination programs in Europe and the Philippines.

Paul has also held senior posts at the Brotherhood of St Laurence, the Body Shop, The Australian Red Cross Blood Service, Very Special Kids and World Vision.
