Linda Lavarch

At the time of her speech, Linda Lavarch held one of the most influential positions in the Australian community sector as Chair of the Australian Government's Not-for-Profit Sector Reform Council while also holding a key position of Research Fellow at the Australian Centre of Philanthropy and Nonprofit Studies (ACPNS), Queensland University of Technology.

Linda is a former State Member of the Queensland Parliament serving as Queensland's first woman Attorney-General. She also served as a Director on the Boards of The Australian Cervical Cancer Foundation and Hockey Queensland.
