Katerina Gaita is the founder and CEO of Climate for Change.

C4C is a start-up not-for-profit that works to create the social climate in Australia for effective action on climate change by supporting those committed to the action we need to have persuasive conversations with friends and family. Its flagship program, Conversations for Change, uses the Tupperware Party model (minus the plastic) to create space and time for people to have transformative conversations at a scale that can create a social shift. This year C4C has applied a community organising model to crowd funding, recruiting, training and supporting more than 100 volunteers who aim to raise $150,000 to take their work interstate.
