Dr Noel Purcell

Noel is Westpac's Group General Manager, Stakeholder Communications, with responsibility for all media, government, investor and community relations, as well as the Westpac Group corporate reputation and internal communication.

Noel joined Westpac in February 1986 and has served in senior executive institutional banking, marketing, communications, retail financial services, and group planning roles, including as General Manager for Japan and North Asia from 1992 to 1996.
