Dr Gregory Phillips
Gregory is a medical anthropologist with a PhD in psychology and a master's degree in medical science. He has 20 years experience working in healing, alcohol and other drug abuse, youth empowerment, medical education and health workforce. Amongst many other initiatives, Gregory developed an accredited Indigenous health curriculum for all medical schools in Australia and New Zealand, founded the Leaders in Indigenous Medical Education Network and co-wrote a national Indigenous health workforce strategy.
He is currently Executive Director of ABSTARR Consulting, and a Research Fellow at the Baker IDI Heart and Diabetes Institute.
