Course Mission
The YMCA Youth Parliament (YP) program is a nationwide project, in which YMCAs in each State and Territory of Australia give young people a chance to stand up in Parliament and have their voices heard. It aims to educate, empower and resource young people to take an active role in their community and contribute the views of their electorate at a state level.
Course Aimed At
All Western Australians between the ages of 15 and 25 are invited to apply - the program isn't about politics and isn't just for high achievers, it's for anyone who wants to have their voice heard by the people who make the decisions.
