Course Mission
To meet the training needs of all Tasmanians to ensure talented individuals remain in the state. The Training Consortium also promotes the accessing of training and development services in Tasmania, ensuring that precious dollars and employment opportunities remain within the state.
Course Aimed At
The Training Consortium organises and coordinates training events for a wide range of individuals and organisations including commonwealth, state, local and private companies. The courses offered are open to anyone, however there are benefits for becoming a member such as discounted course fees.
Course Details
Many courses are available including Leading in Action, Managing People and Performance, Motivating and Engaging Your Team, The New Supervisor. In addition to the programs mentioned, the Training Consortium can also custom-make programs to suit an individual/organisation's needs.
