The Rising Leadership Program is for people who are ready to further explore and develop who they are as leaders and discover how the can reach their full leadership potential.
Course Aimed At
Leaders from corporate, government and not-for-profit sectors who wish to explore who they are as leaders, build on their strengths, and discover how to take on greater leadership roles.
Course Details
The program is structured around a series of carefully designed experiences focusing on key leadership themes, which the participants explore through engagement with each other and guest speakers, self-exploration and dynamically structured group discussion. Development is embedded into every day through reflective practices.
