Aims to develop the leadership skills of our emerging leaders. It embodies our ‘ideas to outcomes’ ethos as participants initiate and implement their own projects to make a tangible, positive difference to the city.

Employees of Committee for Melbourne member companies with around 8-12 years work experience, considered future leaders of their organizations and of Melbourne
Course Details
Started in 1996, the Future Focus Group is a two year program with monthly meetings, high profile speakers and workshops. Participants form small project groups to create and implement their community projects over a two year program. See website for more details.
